Yes funnily enough and it's on a freelander :eek: also got to change the clutch (already done the H/G earlier this year) personaly i like freelanders cos i run my own garage and they keep me in work thanks to all you gaylander owners :D :D

Theres summat to said about any form of transport that you care to mention at least we are all driving Landies in one form or another!

If thats not enough for you then you're obviously under some kind of illusion of grandure and should be driving a punto or something similar.

It was after a drive of a Freelander 2 at the Land Rover off road course at Coniston Cold, North Yorkshire that I decided I wanted one. I was so impressed with its ability straight out of the box when comparing it with a Classic Range Rover I used to own a few years ago. However, a Freelander was out of my price bracket and Dad won't give me his :(
A disco 2 gave me the same ability at an afordable price and I love it, but I would never diss a freelander driver. Each to their own and good luck to them after all we are all LandRover drivers.

Discos are **** boxes, theyre crap in snow, rust like fook, do 5mpg, look like a coffin on wheels and couldnt pull the skin off a rice pudding. I've lost count how many discos I've seen being pulled out the snow and ditches this winter by freelanders and other 4x4s, only to see half the body crumble to bits in the process. Only a retard would own such a **** box.

Why do Disco drivers conjure the image, think council estate, 2 pit bulls in the garden ****ting everywhere, disco parts cluttering the muddy make do drive that used to be a flower bed when the last tenant lived there and a 2nd disco rotting away on axle stands used to keep the first disco on the road! :hysterically_laughi

People might take your comments a little more seriously if you didn't talk complete cobblers. We get it, you like your freebie...others ilke a disco or a fender...however acting like an 8 year old in flip flops while everyone else has got football boots won't win you any arguments.

Seeing as the freelander was on a/t's and the disco on road tyres, and the disco didn't carry on using his advantage cos he most probably thought he'd won, hence backing off the throttle what is that video meant to show us?:confused:

Wow..that 10 second video is all the proof I need! A freelander is clearly the superior vehicle. I also now believe in the Loch Ness monster.

The vid wasn't long enough for me to test the 5mpg claim but i am busy working it out with the aid of pythagoros, a curly wurly and a slightly stained tampon.

I'm certain there was a load of **** there though.
