Whats your thoughts & advice please.

I am considering a 4.4 Petrol seen a cheap one so wondering if it would be a better drive than my current TD6 & if it would actualy be better on fuel? anyone know if the later 4.4 say 2006 onwards has better fuel economy than earlier models ?

Thanks

Yes my engine yes the v8, the guides showed an early failure symptom so before it jumped the chained we stripped it down and did the lot.

Well congratulations on that job, I only have the M57 engine straight 6 BMW which is a little easier to work on.

The jag engine is the best of them all, rr sport however bag of ****e
LMAO I hear you although they do look good though... My real issue is the cost of these vehicles vs the amount of issues build quality.
I drive a 911 Carrera 2S mostly, so was looking for a winter practical car for not a lot of money. Always loved the RR so why not but... i live just outside the clean air zone CAZ load of bollocks zone, So my 2004 diesel cannot use the city to access the motorway i have to drive around, its not so bad really. But moving forward if i purchase/upgrade i think I'd go petrol 2010 onwards i guess.
