Yelverton, Devon - collect and package for courier

I am hoping to buy a kayak from someone located in Yelverton, Devon. I have a courier who can collect and transport the kayak, however, I need to have the kayak wrapped in either cardboard or bubble wrap for the courier to transport it. I'm hoping the seller may be willing to do this, but, some people are really awkward about packaging stuff, so, anyone local willing to act as a backup for me to collect and wrap a kayak?

Payment will be provided for any packaging which has to be purchased and beer tokens on offer for any fuel used in the process. Courier collects within 24 hours of booking so it wouldn't be hanging around for very long...

(Of course if anyone is travelling from Yelverton towards Northampton / Birmingham and wants to transport a kayak even better! but, i appreciate this is highly unlikely!)

Doesn't matter anyway, stupid women replied to me 7 hours later saying "it's just sold" - well if she'd bothered to reply ot my email 7 hours earlier it would have sold then
