WS4x4 Winch Bumpers - Any good?

Companies your best advice for this situation is a recorded delivery offer in writing to customers asking them to reply in writing expressing their wishes, agreement to any offer.

If the customer feels that the company isn't being reasonable then they can get advice on crock of **** thread and consider small claims court.

Having dealt as a consumer and a business I know that sometimes it is one or the other being unreasonable, the only agro we have had was an elderly customer who decided she never have to buy batteries when they ran out.
We offered a full refund and she was still not satisfied, having told trading standards that we offered a repair if the product was faulty or replacement or refund we had more **** for £80 than customers who spent thousands.

In the end trading standards told her to get a grip

Your so full of crap. Your lies over your "customer" service are shameful.

But what is without doubt is the lack of quality control. The pics speak for themselves.

What more can you do to resolve the situation with me? Bugger all, I'm more than happy to keep pointing out the inadequacies in your work to all and sundry. I figure if other people have seen this (or other threads) or seen the bumper in person and shopped elsewhere then I'm happy that someone has learnt from my misfortune. Maybe you will learn from your mistakes as your "company" matures and you will go on to great things...I doubt it.

Here's a better idea...

Pressbrake has a great reputation on here and other sites, maybe you should employ him on a consultancy basis? He can teach you how to make bumpers etc AND how to gain a decent reputation?

Ive admitted all the way through that we have got your one wrong (there isnt a buisness on the planet who gets it right 100% of the time) and have offered also to sort it out and you are the one who has chosen to take the root of rather than get the issue sorted you would rather spend your time going around the forums and showing people our mistake ( you said that yourself in the last post). Well feel free to do so. We have never emailed the forums and asked them to remove what you have said or tried to hide the fact we got your order wrong, as this is your opinion and you are free to express it. Even if we feel some of what you have said is simply incorrect.

You are indeed correct we will learn from our mistakes and we will continue to improve and hopefully go on to great things. Thankyou for taking the time to let me know the faults you feel we have and how we can go improving them.

Several things strike me....

1. An offer has been made.
2. It has been rejected:confused:, surely if you're not happy change it. The company has admitted fault and attempted to resolve it.
3. Robbo seems more hell bent on slating the company than actually resolving his issue. Having rejected the offer i would suggest he may actually be committing defamation as the company has offered to rectify the situation.
4. There may have been a breakdown in customer service at some time.
5. I have messaged ws4x4 before and it did take some time to get a reply.

Life's too short. If you get offered a second chance to resolve an issue in life take it. Jeez

What offer? When I bought the bumper over 9 months ago I was told (eventually) a courier was coming out the following week and they would confirm a day...they never did...how is that an offer? It was just done to get me off the phone and to shut me up.

Now, a lot later, the bumper has been "modified", chipped, scratched, repainted etc...so theres no way I would expect you to do anything to rectify its faults now.

I should have continued to press for a date/time of a courier via email that way I would have had something in writing, but as that is by nature a slower form of correspondence (particulIay with yourselves) I (foolishly) used the telephone. Maybe I shouldn't have allowed myself to be fobbed of so easily but if someone is being deliberately elusive what could I have done? What guarantees would I have had that my bumper would have been speedily repaired and shipped back to me? None. I genuinely would have expected ws4x4 to drag their heals, be difficult and elusive...why would i expect them to behave in that manner? Because all my dealings with them had been exactly that...I'm not lying, exaggerating or twisting the truth..this was my experience and the facts.

You haven't asked for my comments and opinions to be removed? Bravo sir, you should be proud.

On paper it's an absolutely fantastic looking bumper, I looked like an absolute bargain, but it would appear, things are cheap for a reason.
