Probably nothing - you need professional help. It needs to be properly diagnosed and the values in the control module checked to determine if it is the correct module for the vehicle, whether it can be reprogrammed or needs to be replaced.
There are many mobile diagnostics type companies around, get in touch with one or more near you, explain the problem and tell them the DTC's and see what they say. When I worked in LR dealers, the solution we would present would always be 'replace with new & configure using SDD' - purely for warranty reasons, there are places that can 'virginise' control modules, which may be the best option if you can find someone to code it for you. Of course, it may be a defective module or there may be moisture ingress to a connector which has caused the issue, so there may be more to it than initially considered with an 'internet diagnosis'.
