Yes sure, I bought it from auction with no key, I have had a new key coded. But it still won't start 😔. Not to sure if I should scrap it or put the money in to get it running the thing is I don't even no where to start. All the electrics seem to work ok, windows lights radio ect. The suspension was in the highest position when I got it but I pressed the button to lower it which works but can't put it back up until the engine runs. It has 152k miles on it which is a lot I think. If anyone has any opinions or any advice of what they would do please let us know thanks.

Looking at those DTC descriptions, there's a security seed problem and a coding problem - either it has the incorrect ECM fitted, or it's been 'messed with'. The second issue I have seen caused by low voltage causing the module to drop out during security handshake, so I'd suggest disconnecting the battery for at least 20 minutes, reconnecting and then charging for at least an hour before turning on the ignition.

P061000 Control Module Vehicle Options

Error

Car configuration file (CCF)
settings mismatch

Configure the module using the
approved diagnostic system.

P063000 VIN Not Programmed or
Incompatible - ECM/ECM

VIN not programmed

VIN incompatible with
vehicle specification

Configure the module using the
approved diagnostic system.

If one or both DTC's are still present, then you will need the control module programming - if it's been swapped, then it may not be possible to over-write so a replacement will be needed. Until it is coded with the correct VIN & CCF date, it will not crank.

There is also a possibility that Autel have mis-linked the descriptions and the actual problem is the starter relay - common on the 4.4TDV8 due to the higher current draw during cranking.
Thanks for the reply mate.
1st I will replace the battery or make sure the battery is fully charged.

2nd I could have someone look at the starter relay or I could look at it but not to sure what to look for.

But what about the first problem security seed problem/coding what can I do about that.
Thanks
