window's doing like a machine gun

Hi All ...
I'm Sorry For The Expressions !
But , Really The Right Side Window In My P38 Is Making A Noise Like A Copressor Or A Machine Gun When It's Sutting Up ...
This Situation Began Yesterday ... And The Message Center Displays That " Window Not Set " Despite I Reset The Window , But The Problem Persists ...
Any Ideas Please ?

Yes,the teeth have failed on your window regulator - its a common fault.Most people replace them as a unit but a skilled welder could build the worn teeth back up and regrind them to shape.

- Are You Telling Me To Not Use This Window Till I Fix It ?
- Is The Unit Very Expensive ??
- And What If I Weld Them ? They'll Be Strong As They Were ?

I have the same problem with my drivers side window. I took off the door card and you can see where the teeth have been worn away. I have found some on ebay and the price is about £35 + £15 carriage (to uk)

DO YOU KNOW BY ANY CHANCE HOW TO TAKE OF THE MUTE MODE OF THE RADIO ( ORIGINAL 96 ) ??
