I'm looking to fit these on the Defender (and Disco) and looking for advice on which to go for.
Britpart or Climair. There is quite a difference in price. Are the Britpart ones crap ?

Mine came with Climair .. as said, they stick inside the window channel and make a huge difference!

Thanks Guys. Climair it is then. Didn't have a choice for Heko Andy. I was in Paddock and Island 4x4 website. Worth a search for them though.

£44 for Climair and £25 for Britpart at Paddocks. I'm going to wait till I get home and have a look on Flea Bay for Heko and Climair. Every pounds a prisoner at this time of year.

I've no experience of the Climair ones, but yes the Shi*epart ones stick on, but I fitted some to my Fender about 3 years ago now, and they are still there and still perfectly fine, I just made sure I de-greased the paintwork properly before fitting them;);)

I fitted the Britpart ones to my 110 and they look fine.
They are one of the best things l fitted, it means you can open the window a couple of inches which stops the windows steaming up when it's raining.
Or in better weather you can have the windows open a bit without the blast of air around your head at higher speeds.

OK so how are the Heko's performing... were they easy to fit... any chance of a picture?
Fitted easy enough. Clips were a bit tight to go in. Look great. But, and its a big but. They don't deflect the wind. In my opinion they sit too flush with the door frame. I will post a photo tonight if I remember.

Ah ha... hmmm... bit of a chocolate teapot hey!... may be worth a bit more for the Climair's?.... do post a piccie if you can, as it will be good to see how they fit.

I see Terrafirma ones available - anyone tried them?

Will do. Another thing to consider that I forgot to mention. I find I now have to duck to see out windows at junctions. Mine are the "Smoked" version and they do restrict your view.

Here you are. Not the greatest as its a bit dark out. You can see how flush they are more in the last photo. I think the Britpart ones would be better. Never thought I would hear myself say that.

Thanks for the piccies.... I see what you mean about being flush... and they are very dark. I'm not too confident in stick on things, so may save a bit longer for some Clim Air's.

I'm actually beginning to worry if I have fitted the buggers correctly. Mine are in the actual felt window channel. Can't see where else they could go unless there is enough space between the channel and the actual door.
