A lick is the same as a like. When the forum changed over we were given "like's" for the first time. Some peeps like every post they read by clicking like on it, so we started calling them licks after the windows lickers on ere.

Celebrating me 14th year of Freelandering this year. It's been difficult at times and some of the fixes costly but well worth it. I've bought ma hippo loads of new parts so he's as good as new and will last many more years. These days it's a lot easier financially as I fund my Freelandering by collecting tratter parts to sell ont web. Anything bright yellow or orange comes oft easily and there's plenty of mugs wanting to buy it. Led lights, roof racks and chrome bling are also good sellers. Supply is plentiful and easy to get hold of as they just unscrew.
There's a special BMW tool for the locking ring.
