Hi everyone, I've got a 2008 Land Rover Freelander 2 TD4 S. The new battery ran down after not starting for a week and when I tried to start the car, after charging the battery, it was just cranking but not starting. The orange information triangle flickered on with hazards also on and "HDC fault system not available and transmission fault" indicating on display. I've pulled and checked all the fuses and swopped relays around but no joy. It did start at one stage and ran for a couple of seconds but then died again. I also cleaned the crank sensor and checked diesel supply through filter and at injectors. Could you please give some advice. Thanks in advance.
