This was it when I got it home

It's now pretty much striped ready for galvanising.
I'd just saved up a grand to sink into it to hopefully finish it off and it was burning a hole in my pocket which is when I decided to do the transfer box on my defender. Now look where that's taken me:oops:

That looks like a good buy. Nice straight body panels. It wont go off, or lose its value or appeal. Just do it when you have the money! :)

I like the simplicity of 300tdi's and don't understand irds or whatever they are called. The tyres are virtually brand new and I've only paid 510 quid for the whole thing so theoretically it also will never depreciate. I couldn't say the same about a hippo

The Disco's a 50th anniversary model ! probs worth more than mine :rolleyes:
The defender is a defender worth 4/5k
Disco's will get more collectable (i hope LOL)
SELL the defender keep the Disco FIX the other 1 & you should still have some change :rolleyes::rolleyes::p:p O & bi a trailer 4 tip runs !!!!:p

That's probably the way I'm leaning, if you look at the picture of my series there's a little trailer leaning up the front of it. My neighbours love me:oops:
