Which Fuel

Hi, I read in a land rover magazine that using BP ultimate is much better than using regular diesel. The article said that it is supposed to increase your fuel economy, smoke less and is just better for your engine in general. It said that they were going to try and see if they noticed a difference but by the end of the article they didn't give a proper conclussion. Does any one here use ultimate and do they notice if it is any better? I am not keen on forking out the extra cost if I don't get any real improvement.

I use BP ultimate and the Shell equivalent - yu certainly get more power and an increase in mileage. The increase in mileage is about 8-10% which, it is debateable, does not cover the increase in price.

I don't realy know if It's all in my head, but I'm convinced my 2.5 turbo runs better on Rix's biodiesel and BP ultimate than any other diesel, it just seems to run better sort of thing.
