I'm still from the old gang, my back can stand lying on an hardboard.
(My first experimental board was made of bricks, that was much harder, this board is foam comppared to it
)As I'm not overweighted they're allright, the bigger these are the higher from the floor and the higher I have to jack the car (I'm also from the lazy gang you know ....

You're just a jealous lot you are. The ply is 18mm. What's a luge ? Yes, the design was the hard part, took me 3 sleepless nights. Slob, you should go to see a doctor, a guy I knew had the same symptoms, but he also got his belly hurt(also of laughing)...
. Anyway, if one of you is interested I can copy the blueprints on here. Ming will love it as it's about 17 pages....slob

i have one made out of marble effect kitchen worktop wiff 2" wheels and powered by an old washing machine motor. it has a suede pillow for me heid and is covered in 1" foam so i can just sleep on it if the job become too long.
