ho wonder if u can help me . Me and my gf have just changed our mgf to a freelander 1.8 gs (could not afford a diesel ) and dont no if the cam belt as been changed the car is a 2002 with 44000 on the clock rang up landrover and they reckon it should be done at 77 k is this right ? as dont want it going SNAP! many thanks Ryan

I'd have it changed now. I've given the same advice many times before and the foolish have ignored me, only to pick up a repair bill several hundred pounds more than a cambelt change.
