Wheel Painting !!

Hi again Folks,
What are your opinions on painting the wheel hub's and calipers etc on ya freelanders.
The reason i ask is because i have a TD4 (Grey colour) with nice 18" Chrome alloys fitted.
I am always cleaning me car every week and use AutoGlym products.However just lately i have noticed the Hub part of the inner wheel is going that rusty looking colour (most likely from the alloy wheel cleaner i use) and i was thinking of painting the front and back a type of colour to hide this.
Anyone else done this and what colour you think would go with a grey freelander..what paint do i need etc....

Any good "heat" resistant paint should do the job! the type they use for engine blocks,or I think they even make the correct paint for brake calipers and the like,
As for colour thats up to personal taste, either the traditional Black,Or even "dare i say it "Yella" should complement bonetti grey depends how much you want it to stand out
dont think red would look right though!

But DONT paint any machined/mating faces!!! moving parts an all that!!

Halfords do a range of brake caliper paint, I used red but my hippo is Black looks nice.
