That's a good tip, and something I was doing wrong at the start. I was thinking I just needed to get the bead over the ridge in one place, and it would 'fall off', but I then discovered that rotating the tyre a bit certainly helped it go a lot more easily. The other 2 were a *lot* easier than the first one I did, and I'm confident the fourth will be just as easy now I know what I'm doing.When breaking the bead...go all around the bead in small chunks...putting lube in the gap as you go.
