Wheel alignment

Bottom line - both front wheels are loosing tread on outside - therefore both need to come in a bit - rear linkage bar clamp came off and caused time

Question - will any tyre / wheel alignment place (e.g ATS, Kwik fit etc) be able to reallign the system or does it have to be done by somebody who knows landys? - If so can anybody recomend somebody in east London / kent/essex that would do it for me as need to replace bold tyres but want this fixed before i do

i got mine done with ats as they were the only company were i liv ethat had a set of gauges big enough to fit on the wheels. They did a great job but it was done by a fella who owned a landy.

the old school mirror tracking guages work well enough ( had the same thing with mine on the outer edges ) , but we had them at work so i did it myself ( truck/bus mechanic) .

this is the ones that I used ---- DUNLOP AGO 40 TRACKING GAUGES on eBay (end time 21-Sep-09 12:12:29 BST) .

I have a mat for doing cars with etc which you roll the car over, but wheels are too big, so will pop down ats and get them to do it as they have a HGV depot at mine, can do tyre while there at it

go for it made one hell of a difference in driving after I traked it to Parrallel ( she was toeing in a mile , and doesnt oversteer now ) .

Thanks - it is a handfull to drive especialy if you get it in a set of lorry goves in the inside lane
