Yeah I tend to list cars on a 10 day listing, starting on Thursday or Friday evening - that way people get two weekends to view and bid.

Lz aint ebay. I suspect the desk pilots make up a large volume of internet traffic, so no they wont be sat at home on tuesday but they may be infront of a PC/
yes, yes he is.
most companies ban or frown on the use of ebay and related sites during works time these days, but that auction sniper is handy for items ending when you're away from a workstation

contacts in IT departments in Esso, JP Morgan, BBC, Channel 4, Waitrose, Ford .... there's a fairly lengthy list if you really want them all

and it's not just eBay, facebook, myspace, hotmail and many other leisure related sites are banned, or the use of them is contrary to the companies Internet usage policy

that's very weak - if it was broken down showing times of day, incoming and outgoing domain it might be more supportive of your argument - that just shows there's a fairly uniform spread of usage
you'd expect there to be an increase during work hours due to the widespread use of the net for business - but as those figures date from 2002 i suspect they can be ignored - and i STILL standby my comment that Tuesday afternoon is a crap time to end a eBay auction

seeing as it's retro web content day here a page talking about black lists of sites, some of which i have mentioned - this goes back to 2007, and you can be sure the implementation of work related net usage policies has increased dramatically since then, especially now that companies are more and more motivated to put into place cheap but effective means of increasing productivity

The firm i work for Does (most surprisingly!) allow ebay (no social networking and most forums...cept this one....are out) but to be fair i have bought some things for work through ebay so just as well!

what have i blagged?That someone (possibly tv, possibly in a book) has told me tuesdays are the heaviest internet useage days? I havenet blagged about knowing most compaines or offered complete list and not followed through when challenged. Only a gay would do that. Possibly.come on goony stop ya blagging

most as in the majority.However i understand that this doesnt encompass all.And yes people might be off to bed at 10:30.or 9.45.or other times. but generally night time = bed time for people.
