...and although I hate with a vengeance most cookery programmes we actually like James Martin. He's a decent Yorkshireman with the right sense of humour and he ain't up his rse. Saw the one yesterday where he cooked for Michel Roux senior, who is also not up his rse either, unlike his son. But as it took place in southern France it left us a bit flat, once it finished and we looked around at our 4 british walls! am actually going to get some of his stuff and save the progs we have on the Humax. Fortunately I love cooking. Just can't stand some/most of the cretins who do it on the box. Bit like you with cars, I find my self shouting at him, "go on then, put the fu ckin milk in", or whatever and high fiving the wifey when we get it right ahead of him. Knew the pancake was too thick!i cant watch it been in the trade ,antiques etc is very good viewing
I find anything to do with being in a school makes my teeth curl! Especially when you see them doing it wrong and no one picks them up on it!i cant watch it been in the trade ,antiques etc is very good viewing
i like or did keith floyd and by the same producer rick stein, the mechanical parts on such shows as wheeler dealers are tv not information...and although I hate with a vengeance most cookery programmes we actually like James Martin. James Martin mentions Keith Floyd quite a bit and actually owns his old 2CV, he was driving it around the Cote d'Azur in yesterday's prog. He also has the same approach as Keth. Obviously they had a link somewhere.i like or did keith floyd and by the same producer rick stein, the mechanical parts on such shows as wheeler dealers are tv not information
Really? Great! I'll have to Google it to find out where it is as I haven't seen it on my set top box/recorder.Iain tyrell classic garage is a good watch @Stanleysteamer ...

Maybe he'll be wearing his white overalls!
Thanks!
Maybe @jamesmartin could stand watching this one? No maybe not, much to close to work!Yesterday he was looking at a Mura gearbox and could tell by the synchro hub the driving style of the owner..v,informative and delivered in a clear and concise style...
Chop Shop ?What’s the one with the Indian guy and the cockney putting TVR gearboxes onto jags and making their own cars in a garage?
Is madness but comical entertainment
