Firstly I'd like to apologise on the behalf of the forum, obviously we have accidentally put an egay banner above our heads and enticed you like the sirens and greek ships.

However we are not egay, nor are we cumtree


Secondly I would like to say sorry for the offers of delusion and grandeur as your heap of **** is definitely worth less than a fiver and a curly wurly albeit a chewed one but it's still curly and it has some wurl!

Well I would like to thank you all for your help and guidance with the sale of my old 110.

From all of your useful comments you help me realise the true ‘blinded by elitism’ mentality of the average landi owner. With this new Knowledge fresh in my mind I was able to convince one of your fellow Landrover lovers that my "pile of tut" was worth purchasing!

Again from your wealth of great advice I was well aware of its true value, so imagine my surprise when I was able to take the payment I received, buy a SWB 52 reg Mitsubishi and still have 2.8k left in my pocket! Result and not a curly werly in sight!

And to think I would have sold the old girl for 1k a week ago! especially when I only gave 150 for her in the first place! It’s definitely not just who you know. What you know is also important! And being in the right place at the right time.

Well I could chat all day but some of us have jobs to do, but clearly not all of us, as some have all day to spent at their computer dishing out great advice to people who need it!

When I'm out and about I will give a little toot to all the Landrovers I overtake just in case its one of you great guys!

The defenders may be good in the mud, but I've been driving them on and off for the last 20 years, and I guarantee that no one smiles while they are driving them on the road!
 
I take it then, that you are a person of very little taste, no manners, and little or no experience of the Landy Community!!

you were just a smidgen rude ya know and you ought to know enough about forum ettiquette not to do things like that if youve been around motors as long as you say you have. To be fair i thought they were all remarkably friendly for around here...for a change :)
