what oil is and where does it get topped back up

i took the oil back to craddocks an got my money back as they dont sell the texaco402
is there a replacement oil that i can put in and where do i fill it as i asked early on?
i tell you what guys them at craddocks in cannock the so called specialist mechanics called in from out the back also gave me duff info and if it was not for this site i would have gone way off the mark..
