til it's fooked depends on servicing,how it has been looked after,what time it was built,who built it,quality of parts available at the time,morel of workers working on vehicle at the time,how it has been driven,and how lucky you are, i would say about 12 months,or until the warranty runs out.

mine has done 240.000 miles but new engine fitted by shardlow at 198000 miles 2.5 diesel manual

My bad. Looking at the left gauge, it looks like it's km. It isn't mine, only a photo of a friend in Australia.
Anyway it's still great. Shows RRC guys P38 isn't as crap they say.
301,000 miles on the original engine, gear and transfer boxes? If so (or any one of them!) that is seriously impressive! What model P38 is it?

my dad has just brought one a couple of months ago,a 4.6 hse and has done 205k ,and still starts and runs absolutly fine,and sounds good
