Spent the day tracing cables to dead ends, strange colours and defunct earths.
Headlights now working
Side lights now working
Hazards now working
Tomorrow we take on the indicators, full beam and if time the brake lights.............. Oh joy.
It seems the last tinkerer just took a guess at what to plug into any old switch.
Cam belt snapped this morning, done less that 30k.
That'll teach me for going off road without any wadding plugs in.
Full belt kit (STC4096L) and push rods ordered, just need RAC to get it home and start stripping the rest of the bits off.

Full beam / indicators, look at the wiring high up behind the grill as all that wiring all seams to get badly messed about with
