Started it (the Discovery) as it hasn't been started since last saturday, didn't need a jump start so I guess I'll fix summin else tomorrow!

Looked at it as i ran passed it cos it was pi----g it down, have to put new steering pump on this weekend as the replacement was worse than the orginal!! nowt like doing summat twice!!

Managed to to get the arches on, nearly ready for mot, just have to find out why the wipers and washers dont work even though the fuse is ok.
Looking good mate I've managed to spray mine now just a few more bits to stick back on.

Found out why my nearside front sidelamp was dim by the way.......checked and rewired it and re earthed all the front end etc etc with no luck at all. still dim
Just found out someone had put a 24v bulb in it dooh !!

Fitted a new ignition switch and ordered a set of H/D steering rods inc ball joints and a new drop arm / ball joint

Haha, the mot dread, mine went in last Monday, it failed only on a pfew minor things surprisingly though, apart from a patch under bump stop but I already knew about it failed on headlights not level and brakes which are not braking even, am quite happy with that , I was expecting a lot worse!!

I love the fact that as landy owners we would rather the brakes not work properly than it have much rust! Haha love it!
Needed to fit air cleaner so as to mot and run landy till I find a suitable air cleaner box to link up to the snorkel
