What have you done to your Landie today.

Spent all day yesterday and today trying to fit a 2" lift to the brother-in-laws 300tdi Disco but only managed to fit the rear axle back to the motor. So guess what we're going to be up to next weekend?

I went mad with the silicone to try and stop a leak at the drivers footwell.

tested my new bonnet opening cable

Shown it off to the lads at work towing a road cutter around the yard! Some of the wagons struggle with that!

Sat here looking at it and threatening it about what I'm going to TRY and do to it at the weekend!

nowt yet, timing belt broke yesterday waiting for my mate ta finish work so he can see what damage its done

Just found out a friends died, so I'll be painting it black for the funeral soon......


Gotta try and cheer meself up some how.

Well, not today, but yesterday, think I fried my clutch.

Disco had a new one at almost bang on 60ooo miles and it's done almost 120ooo now so seems about 'normal' .. Anyway starting a thread about it in Discovery ...

got the clootch fork off,
prized it off with a hammer claw and hit the little pads with a screwdriver unt mallet.

Nelly has cut back the rust and corrosion - just a bit of patching to do......
