nice mate..
I went white laning.
Nice. So wish I lived oooop north
it's raining quite heavy up here now,so the snow will be either all gone by the morning,or just a load of slush.
You's in the south of the north though up in the north of the north we has snow at 8 inches
i nose that, you are more than welcome to all that snow as well.
I stripped me winch again to take pics and show what to do, see the post at http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/2372940-post62.html
Cleaned all the gaskets faces, rebuilt it and filled with with grease, then finally fitted it to the Disco, wired the solenoids up and put 'em in a plastic biscuit box (for now) to keep 'em together, ran a couple of wires to the battery and it all works .. I is now really quite happy!
Plan for tomorrow is to fix it all in place, spool the rope on nicely and wait till I've got the front hub re-fitted so I can properly test run it!
It is fun on a bun up here. Especially as I live on the correct side of the Pennines.Nice. So wish I lived oooop north
