Not tryna take there side, people do try this to make a injury claime but as rule of thumb police and insurance blame the person behind
, its so annoying when people see blue lights miles away and just slam on the breaks which isnt the way to do it!
Oh I know its going to go down as my fault
but I'm just saying its damn annoying when you're not fully at fault. I saw him roll out and accelerate then I looked to see if I had time to do the same so I started moving off as I knew he had moved then the bastard slammed his brakes on!
C*nting bastard
there were blue lights and the ambulance had signalled and already moved over onto the sliproad when he slammed the brakes on! The next car was at least 10 seconds behind the ambulance too so there was more than enough time for the pair of us to move out
fu*k it though its done, guess I'll just have to face the wrath of the insurance company and dad when I get home :behindsofa: Literally the most **** sprinkled month I've ever had. Did everything right as far as I'm concerned and I've been going over it in my head for the last few hours, pulled up behind leaving at least two meters so I left ample distance from the car infront, had my LED sidelights on so it wasn't as if I couldn't be seen, the guy pulled off fully and was more or less at the edge of the junction and still moving by the time I looked to see if it was safe too, the ambulance was half way down the slip road with a car miles behind, then bump
I'll upload a pic tomorrow right now I cba
too ****ed off to bother I just want to lie down and forget about it but I cant fu*king sleep can I
:violent::violent::violent::violent: :hurt::hurt: :hurt::hurt:
As I said I know its going to go down as my fault and I can see why but in my head I just cant justify it to myself but yeah……its done now and maybe there was a reason why who knows, **** happens and sometimes it prevents you from things by messing with something and sometimes its just there to **** you off
Edited for accuracy
Harsh but true.....did it myself a few months back, nobody to blame but myself
I blame myself fully for the first one this month but two in the space of three weeks is a joke
especially as I feel that I'm not fully to blame for this one but its the only way its going to be seen as I went into the back but as I said above **** happens
even if it is annoying there might be a reason for it or if not I can chalk it up to more experience and attempt to build up some no claims again but for now I'm going to look into other insurers who'll do it with no no claims and an accident
