I actually spent most of the day pampering mine (between eating bacon and black pudding rolls and drinking tea/coffee:eek:). I did the axle, transfer and gearbox oils, Emptied the stock of new car batteries out of the back and gave it a quick clear up in the load area, Gave it a polish on the outside and removed and re-threaded the turbo wastegate actuator.

I finally finished mine, at frikin last!!!

2 weeks paternity leave came really handy! lol
Now its ready for the new winter season and should be taxed end of this month.

Started on the 13th of August, but not worked on it everyday

taken floors and battery box out
Welded the battery box
Straightened the floor bits
put all back together with stainless screws and a bead of sealant all around
New glow plugs
Cleaned the cyclone breather
Brushed the chassi
Waxoyl the chassi
Fitted a new ProComp +2 suspension
Redone the snorkel and is now 100% water tight
New radiator

took it out for a spin to circulate the new coolant and with the heating on full blast is nice and toasty and the temperature gauge is not even on half! :D

So, as if theres no pics it didnt happen... here you have some!

the old air box, which was kindly donated by buck... but was too long on the intake part

Finally fitted halogen headlight upgrade to the 90 so I just might see the deer before they jump out in front and pulled the front bumper straight after hitting the boulder in Wales the other day

Took mine for a jaunt over to the isle of wight. I still have a bit of fettling to do with my turbo wastegate rod as it isn't quite adjusted correctly after re-threading the rod yesterday. It managed to overboost on a couple of occasions so it'll just need a tiny adjustment.

Daftlett is gonna be over there next week (if I can finish the Disco).
