Built a new glow plug loom from 6mm cable, as the old one had lost too much insulation. Dropped nuts for the the fiddly and inaccessible plug on 19J engine about 7 times...after the third one, I stuck a big sheet under the car to catch them.
And stuck a new numberplate on it. The last repair from the collision with the cliff!

And does it?
Yes :) very well in fact, you will note the wheel at full lock in the photo ;)

Probably sounds silly but I parked the Landy there myself with good intentions to sort out some issues, then other things got in the way.... Not touched the steering wheel for a looooong time and had visions of seized parts.

Jacked up to check over and it turns out there is no slack or play in anything and the wheels turn immediately the steering wheel is turned with no resistance. The only problem which came to light was a grinding noise approaching full lock one way, can't remember if it was left or right and this appeared to be the rod from the steering box to the crank rubbing on the underside of the battery tray towards the end of it's travel. There is also legacy evidence of the tyres rubbing on the chassis so the lock limiters will need adjusting. Otherwise a success

Faffed about sticking some nylon cloth over the holes in the Dormobile roof. Stuck myslef to it as well, probably due to inhaling the fumes. Roof fabric has had it but i can't face changing it. I could live with the £350 for the replacment if it wasn't for the 200 plus screws that have to come out, most of which are either on the roof or behind insulation. I took it off to clean it when I got it and the memory of what a pig it was is still fresh after 4 years. A job for the summer.

Fitted wolf mirrors and arms for towing as I'm.doing it more these days

Fitted new wiper blades

Re covered the seats with some fresh black vinyl ..(easy job and looks mint really freshens up tired seats)

Nah they just bearmach copies of wolfs.

Grand for something that'll probably be smashed off .

Passengers one needed replacing for mot next week anyway as some arse hole in a lorry smashed it in traffic trying to squeeze up inside.

No picks but **** me the wolf's are huge ...they are like big lugs for the landy.

Today it got a full service all fluids
Flushed the radiator out as I've been running.hotter than it used to.

Between that and sorting the heat Bowden on the heater box (my heater melts my face now)

Also changed rear drive members and shafts
