Just fitted a Bonnet insulation pad on my 110, 200tdi. When I first saw the pad it looked a bit thin to what I was expecting. At first I thought I had wasted £79. However I fitted it in a few minutes., 6 screws and large washers. Took it for a test drive and there is a noticeable difference. I seem to have lost that tinny echoing sound that comes from under the bonnet. The noise reduction goes right across the range from ticking over to motoring along at 70 mph. I think I will be able to have a conversation without having to shout. Even with the front vents open engine noise is reduced. Happy with my purchase.

fitted all new leds lights and relays to my boys series all work fine except the indicators now stay on except when in hazard mode then thier fine. can get em to run on the old dash panel switch they just don,t like the stalk

Wrestled with a fuel tank for over an hour. First it was one of the rear mounting bolts which I had to cut off after rounding off the nut. Next it was the front bracket, followed by one of the bolts for the side step, which was just too long to allow the tank to drop out. Of course, that bolt was seized (the other one predictably came out fine) so had to cut about 5mm off the end of the bolt to finally allow the tank to drop free.

I also swore at it a lot :p

Was at Cheshire show and saw this

Purchased it. I've already got one similar in my works van. That'll do nicely. It's always best to buy through recommendation.

The build quality isn't brilliant but for £32 it's pretty good. It comes with a permanent mount which works perfectly on the nearly vertical defender windscreen and when set to the rear camera gives a better view than the rear view mirror for what behind. Shame it's only got a small screen I'd pay £100 for a better quality version with SD card slot that accepts bigger cards and a bigger screen. It has a video output socket so will see how that works because I have a 12v 7" screen

I never thought to check..... Does it record both angles at the same time?

Typical Bloke. Just push the buy it now button and worry about it later [emoji57]

Yes. If you take out the microSD card there are two folders, one for each camera. The display can be set for front, rear, front with rear in the top 1/3rd, rear with front in the top 1/3rd or off but it's always recording. If something happens you press one of the buttons and it transfers that recording to another protected folder so it doesn't get written over however it keeps the last maybe 8 hours anyway.

Excellent. Bargain.

Perfect for recording all the off-roading

It'll arrive set to Chinese in the menu though!! You have to set it to English and set the time.

Also it's rechargeable battery needs fully charging a couple of times before it holds a decent charge so once switched to English turn OFF auto recording when powered up in order to charge it for the full 12 hours it says then set it to automatically start recording when powered up. It even has a microphone for commentaries :)
