Fitted a new thermostat. Warmer at last....but not much lol

sounds like the thrust bearing's collapsed and wedged its self in the pressure plateMy bloody Fooking clutch has gone again.
First the slave went, so replaced both and it was working nicely.
Couple of weeks later (last night) i came of the motorway and it was slipping if i put my foot down, then the clutch pedal went completely solid and so i had to changed gear without to get it home.
Slipping clutch sounds like a worn friction plate, or oil or something on the plate. Anyone have any ideas what might have caused it to jam up completely? It was juddering when i pulled away in first which also says worn or contaminated plate I think.
More bloody expense, last thing one needs right now :frusty::mil6:

front seal on gearbox or rear on engine, thats it really
you can buy bearing by itself if needed
