New one on me
Indicator bulb out N/S rear
New bulb no luck one more new bulb no good
Have a good look around the holder all pristine clean 🤔
Desperately I took the other side holder out and disco a
Working indicator 🤷‍♂️
I genuinely can see or understand why it as failed
£10 on eBay
I've had a couple fail on mine as well, I think they break internally as mine had no continuity when put on a mm.

If I understand correctly you can't get the balljoint fixing bolts in??

Loosen the arm at the front and rear bush.
Let it drop down a bit.
Bolt on the ball joint.
Angle the ball joint thread to the same angle as the hole in hub.
Push hub in and swing arm and ball joint thread up into the hub.

If you have fitted the ball joint to the hub first you will not do it !!
I think I tried everything

Don’t beat yourself up
I worked in a garage after I left school for 8 years and I still get “ done over “ by my Freelander sometimes ☹️
And know it’s added cost with new arms and big bush changes but it definitely tightened my front up
Any luck you will be sorted this weekend
I feel like this 🤣🤣

Replaced the short rubber hose from the vac pump to the hard plastic tube. The 'rubber' hose was as hard as the plastic bit & had split where it pushed onto the pump. I had to stanley knife the end where it pushes onto the plastic hose as there's a hell of a barb on it;). Passed it's mot yesterday as well, 1st time with no advisorys. It hasn't been on the road since Sept 22 when the reverse band went. Started 1st time & on the diesel that was in it from 2 years ago! :). Only insured it for a day as I'll tax it from Aug 1st but forgot how nice it is to drive certainly smoother & less noisy than my D2. BTW the rubber hose was pushed all the way onto the barb, just in case you were thinking..........😂😂

Good on you.

You'd have been chuffed when you got back from your drive.

Worth putting the effort in ;)

Mine has been standing for nearly three months now whilst I sort a number of issues, but took it for a drive a couple of weeks ago and loved it!

Drove it for the first time in over a week. Had to jump start it as the 12V battery is bad and the voltage was low but was able to do that with an old 12V 3Ah sealed lead acid battery.
One of the perks of no ICE. :p

If you mean the dust cover on the track rod end, they are rubbish and don't last long. I have now replaced all the rubber dust covers with Poly ones. None of them are a quick change, especially the bottom ball joint on the wishbone, this saves changing them every 18 months or so.
