Hello and welcome! very nice Landy! You can start by going to the DVLA vehicle registration site, then you have to write to them for further information that they hold about previous registered keepers etc! Just tap in DVLA vehicle check regards. Chris

ello , thats a nice truck

aint no county but its still nice.

Looks like an tidy stockish 88 SWB hardtop to me - get the county stickers to fook.

A bar and lights on the front i could give or take as well - but they do improve the firefly in a jar stock lighting system so i would leave em :D

i love the colour - im toying with doing my ninety marine blue/limestone like that.

Thanks for the info on the Stickers... going to try and peel them of with heat gun on warm. if the paint is brighter under the stickers i might leave them on.

Those lights are coming off at the weekend... i wanted my land rover to look reasonably original... i am starting to like the current wheels though....

leave the A bar on there and get a pair of period correct spot/driving lamps, a pair of Lucas Square 8 lamps comes to mind (50watt halogen)

good choice and quite strong, WELLER'S with 235's maybe 265's? the previous owner had some taste then? :pop2: :pound:

talking of the previous owner here he is, is this him :crutch: ?

The county stripes are 90 ones. Nice looking van though :)

Sorry to be a bit cheeky but are you keeping the wheel on the bonnet? If not I can swap you a plain deluxe bonnet in the right colour for your dished one

sam88, i possibly might, mine has a bit of a dent on the front edge, you would we swap do you drive near somerset at any point?

first of lots of questions.....
my series 3 was misfiring going up hill on saturday, so had a look under the bonnet to find the fuel pipe was leaking where it entered the Carburettor, so sunday i bought some nice new hose and a inline filter from ****ty Halfords and set about replacing the fuel pipe from pump to carb. on removing the pipe at the carb end i noticed the bass inlet tube sticking out of the carb was lose, i taped it back into the carb and it now seems solid? will this last or should i sort it properly when i have a bit more time on my hands...
question Two.... should the inline filter fill completely? there is a air gap 1/3 way up. the lang runs better now but suspecting the fuel pump might be iffy as once the engine stops the inline fuel filter seems to empty????
any helpful pointer would be great..
