Yes it was sometime back. Well modded yes but not compared to some, such as the above.
Are they the right size for the car or need adapters?
I'm sure they are 5x114 as Evo wheels fit Type R's. Not sure on the centre bore though.
V6 on lpg would be fun...
Do you need to use wobbly bolts to cater for the -0.3? Or the wheel but equivalent?
Sleeved instead of tapered bolts and they are an exact fit as they are 114.3.

Yes. I've got spacers fitted and they fit the centres like a glove. Obviously they have a different off-set though. Not sure by how much, but they would still stick out enough even without spacers. I would recommend them to anyone wanting something different on their Freelander although the sleeved nuts are a must.

I'm currently driving a W reg 1.8 manual SW that is in 2WD mode.
I'm very impressed with the 1.8. It is so nice to drive a petrol again. I couldn't afford the fuel bill, but it feels faster than my TD4. I wouldn't want a manual either. Driving around South London in and out of gear..... no thanks. The v6 would be even better, but at 15-20,000 miles a year I would need a mortgage to pay for the fuel.. :lol:
I like the petrol Freelanders myself. The 1.8 is faster than the diesel equivalent. The 2.5 V6 is in a different league in both performance and thirst. I do about 6000 miles a year at a fuel cost of something like £1800!! or 30 pence a mile
Do you have a link for the sleeved nuts? The white wheels would go lovely with my cairns blue paint, couple of sets on eBay at the moment as well, very tempting
