What did you do with your Range Rover today

Both mine do exactly that. Still cannot find the fault. If I see the flashing leds in time, then I hit the down button and they go back to standard. Cycling the ignition immediately usually resolves it. If I have to leave it at wade height (i.e. nowhere to stop), it then faults needing Nanocom to reset it.

On mine it's usually bumpy motorways, especially where the car gets into sort of floaty up & down oscillations above 60mph. Trouble is, I'm watching the road not the height switch, so I first notice when it beeps with soft fault.
We drove some distance after it went to wade height, the only light lit was for wade height. I cycled the ignition when we got to the car park.

Less what I did with the P38.. more what it’s done to itself.

Won’t go into low range anymore. Last used it over the Easter weekend, then I’ve just been commuting since with it. Thought I’d take a greenlane home today and it just beeps at me.. great 👍

Also, she was basically an EV on this trip?!
Drove her from Barcelona to London!

Actually had a leisurely wind up through Europe over four days:

Barcelona—> Andorra
Andorra —> Cahors
Cahors —> Tours
Tours —> Cherbourg

All went pretty well, aside from driving into one of those toll booth curbs (actually quietly pleased as the front end has needed touching up for a while and now I’ve got an excuse). The trim hiding the rear wiper motor has dropped down and doesn’t want to seem to clip back into place. The only big-ish worry is a reluctance to shift from first to second, with a worrying judder before it eventually does change gear. Especially when going up hill. The actuator, maybe?

Oil and filter change needed maybe assuming it's an auto.

Regassed the air con - used the stuff Ruberknees linked to a few pages back but also did some stop leak. There’s definitely a leak that Halfords can’t find on their machine, nor can a local garage I trust when filled with dye. Hopefully this seals..

You don't find leaks via the machine. All that should be doing is putting dye in, and pressurising the system. Then use a decent UV torch to find the leak(s). Now you've got gas in there (and hopefully dye), get a UV torch on amazon or eBay, have a good look around one evening & light is a bit dimmer.

Check what other said in the other thread - - i.e. probably the condenser. Could be down the sides where you cannot see easily it easily.

Also check behind the compressor pulley around the shaft. Mine leaked out around the shaft, but was invisible until I was sorting the clutch shims out.

Origninally got mine used on ebay, and then contacted BBS to change registered owner.

These days, I would go direct to BBS because they will make sure it's VAT free to UK. Are the prices the same ?
