Cheers, i think i need to show mine to get up to 98-99 then and see if the viscous is still free or not105c the A/C fans kick in to aid cooling...

I don't know, the ecu may still be able to override?I'd guess that with the aircon inoperative on an open system the fans won't kick in as it doesn't see a system that needs them?
Mines never got that hot but then I'm rather paranoid about it hahaNever got mine over 100c even towing in the middle of summer!

Did a heat test and there's no blockages
Not sure why i worked it out but it costs in the ballpark of £10/hour to drive my landy
Usually people do that with flight hours. So am I right to assume you own the only working LR prototype of a flying car?

That's true. Though sometimes you have to weed out those who think they know it all when actually they're just full of pooWhat you have to remember is there’s always someone with more knowledge than you or in my case a mechanic because I really don’t have a clue when it comes to cars it’s all a learning curve
