I dare'nt move my RR, it's currently covering a rather large pool of ATF fluid & coolant :(
Also fitted my HEVAC unit back after fitting the new screen connector from Martyuk. I have a full display again:)

What a stroke of luck your RR was covering that pool of ATF: anyone could have stepped in that and gone base over apex.

Found the reason for a rather large engine oil leak.....assuming the oil separator was missing from my LH breather I put one in. Only to notice after glancing through RAVE there aint one on the LH. Must have caused the crankcase to pressurize & eject oil out of every orifice! stooopid stooopid.
All ok now:rolleyes:

Changed the front pan hard rod bushes due to a knock when moving back and forwards with left and right steering lock and a slight bit of vague steering, steering is better the knock is still there time to do the rears. Bugger why did I only order 1 set.

Today i am mostly rebuilding the engine after my pride and joy threw away its cam chain guides...at under a 100k, whereas the classic is still a happy chappy at considerably more mileage.
Well done BMTroubleyou for making a rubbish cam chain guide...

Onwards!!!

Update...i have only gone and fixed it!!....so very pleased!!
Sooooo if any of you need the cam chain guides doing and or the timing reset or faults resetting....i am in Shropshire, with the 4.4 V8 timing kit and Diagnostics.

Have an awesome weekend...

Replaced my track rod assembly. Waiting for new tyres, then get it properly tracked at the garage whilst fitting the tyres.

Spent the morning fitting a new centre section plus a new tail exhaust section and replaced the 7 pin socket for towing the trailer.

Then took the gentleman's conveyance for a MOT , it passed with no advisories.

Another year of freedom and towing, result....

Took it to be hand washed after another trouble free and very enoyable trip to Scotland. Hope to get in another few trips there before the fish puts up borders guards.

Don't worry they won't be stopping people with money in their pockets going in. But bankrupt Jocks coming out.
