What did you do with your Range Rover today

Forget lifting boxes by hand use a bl00dy motor cycle lift its much easier and if working on gravel put an 8x4 sheet of board down and work on that it makes life so much better, i even do that on a paved drive:D

My days of crawling around on the floor and struggling are well behind me. The small garage I used to work in only had trolley jacks so everything was a farce. Used to keep a big ol' sheet of about 2" thick foam to lay on. Especially important in the winter months.
 
Forgive me Father for I have sinned. It has been several weeks since my last confession. Around the same time I last cleaned the Golden Girl :( I have also used her as a work horse for the last few weeks. Ignoring her pedigree background. I have made numerous short journeys. Resulting in a return of approx 18 mpg :( I did , however, buy her two nice new boots. I am awaiting another two. :)
My child I Absolve you. Your penance shall be, to clean your much neglected Golden Girl. Whilst doing so , you shall recite the ten stations of the Green Oval, and a prayer to the God of Solihull.



So I've cleaned her.
Also offered up the new tow bar flange. Seems like the nail file will be needed after all :)
 
Abs sensors came.
Changed just the one now it feels normal handling wise again.
Cant ignore fact camber looked off once.
Think I'm just going to buy a rear subframe and rebush everything at once and just bolt it upto the motor seems like less faffing about.

Might need more than one nail file, better buy two !
 
Used the P38 to move some stuff from the unit 4mi each way

Anything over 11mpg on a short journey makes me happier than 4 faggots standing in front of an upside down bar stool..

Haven’t even sat in it for 12weeks:( looked a few times lately (but not opened the door) her arse is sagging a little bit not flat. Will have to give her a quick work out in a few days, I am confident she will be fine:)
