Amazing once you get to grips with them, they're one of the easiest cars to tinker with.. ;0It's actually bloody easy to work on.
Is not the same when you have to replace the suspension before you motYes but i wouldn't knowingly buy 2nd hand parts off another car to go on mine
Most parts suspension and brake wise are replaced as a matter of course.
So true, a lot of scare stories seem to be based round assumptions and ignorance/lack of knowledge. The more i learn from the great folks on here, the more i realise most things aren't that scary.Amazing once you get to grips with them, they're one of the easiest cars to tinker with.. ;0

Drop us a picture would you @tarphenryMy story gets better and better, I today investigated the reason for the corrosion on the edge of the wheelarch. removed the interior from the rear, the under carpet was wet through, reason .the sunroof drain on the offside(not stripped nearside yet) was not connected to the drain. It gets more and more ridiculous. The repair is very simple and the pieces are formed and ready to weld in tomorrow (weather permitting)
