Yes they have to be pedestrian friendly,

Or more commonly known as abs.. Could be setting yourself up for a £60.00 ticket...

All my other Range Rovers had a Bull Bar at some point, just had to have one on the L322 and winning the auction at £41 and it only being 20 miles up the road to collect was a great find....some like 'em, some hate 'em...me I like 'em!! :D:D

Your info was spot on the money Deasy, gave me the total confidence to drill holes in my bumper, and right there were the two holes per side with captive nuts already and waiting....

Without your photos, I would've have continually second guessed myself - but with them it clearly showed what was behind the bumper....many many thanks :D:D

Glad you got sorted :)

Aren't bullbars banned post a certain year of manufacture? Not positive but a little bell went off in my head! :)

They ain't bull bars. Ther soft foam 'nudge' bars. Used for judging cattle on farms so I've been told!

The Manufacture and supply of Front Protection Bars must be to Regulation (EC) No 78/2009 with regard to the protection of Pedestrians....

The Bull Bars can be made from any material but must comply to the above regulation...hence why only small A Bars are usually found in Metal, and the Later Type full Wrap Arounds are a Foam/ABS material which deforms on impact....like the ones fitted to the L322!

I ignored my RR today and took my old Omega to work today. First time I've driven it for a while, felt rather small after the RR but bloody hell it went like a scolded cat!!!! Getting 23 MPG on LPG out of it as well. Good old girl does me proud and doesn't go wrong.

Replaced my f****d cd changer with one from Emmotts. I only ordered it yesterday.

How nice it is to have music playing again - LOUDLY!!

And they threw in a couple of cd's. One of which was "The Very Best of Dean Martin" :D

No Celine Dion though.

Front anti roll bar bushes and drop links today. Nice not to have a jangle over the bumps no more. Poly bushes used hopefully they'll be fit and forget.

Got exactly those things to do on mine.

But I've read time and time again that Poly bushes ruin the ride of the P38. I'ma stick to good old rubber.

Washed, dried and then polished with some autoglym super resin polish. If it's nice tomorrow I'll rinse the dust off that gathers tonight, then use the autoglym extra gloss on her. I know everyone has their preferences but I like autoglym products. Although Mer is also amazing for tar spots :)

Fully agree with you. And now we have a company account, I can get the products cheaper :):)

No noticeable drop in ride quality, in fact (probably because it was fek'd) it seems much smoother. Have fun with the top ball joints on the link bars. Getting a 18mm spanner on them to stop the shaft turning is a a bit of a faff. New shocks for mine next.

Righto, I'll run rubber for now, might try poly next time. But heyho.
Fun, looking forwards to it. Something having lots of tools at my disposal will help, or just straight up ballache regardless?. I'm putting on Terra TF125 and TF126 at the same time.

changed my misfiring number 1 injector that was a recon one fitted 18 months ago(£300 fitted) for a 2nd hand (out of a bmw 525) one off ebay for £40 ,cured the misfire and has stopped shuddering in reverse.
