@RangeRoller dt, your up early
Got the alternator in!
Managed to unlink the fuel pump and get traction control warnings?? I now have flashing indicators on lock/unlock and an alarm sounder??
So many changes in one day..
But all is restored and we love each other again
Taking our son to the hospital to have a tooth removed from inside his mouth.. Poor bugger, he's only 10..... Mind you he's on form this morning.
I could sleep all week given the chance.. have a good day kiddo
Poor lad, I wish him well. I had the misfortune to have a double row of front teeth most of which had to be removed so I know how unpleasant tooth problems can be.Taking our son to the hospital to have a tooth removed from inside his mouth.. No idea what happened... You may well have a valid point. I didn't disconnect the battery, not a good thing but I didn't want the faf with the eka and ended up with an out of sink and "market not set" which defaulted some of the settings... So many choices. I like the fact that the hazards now flash when I lock itThat sounds more like you didn't disconnect the battery and some jolts went through the system. Or bad earth.
Thanks Keith, He's all done, looks like he's been smoking something and looks all stoned... But he's happy he's got a few double teeth on the upper front of his mouthPoor lad, I wish him well. Good to hear he's had the procedure. Plenty of time to get him back to school....No idea what happened... You may well have a valid point. @Mark Piercy maybe its just the bonnet latches not engaging properly?
Teach you to disconnect the battery next time. disconnecting the battery should not mean you have to enter the EKA code after re-connecting.All sorted @RangeRoller dt, I redid the settings to how I wanted it and booya!
The beast has risen
Your damn right Keith.....Teach you to disconnect the battery next time. disconnecting the battery should not mean you have to enter the EKA code after re-connecting.
The wires pass from the a post to the door near the hinges, the wires break where they flex.As you know my drivers side window is fubar, I have previously been told it's the wires, where are they? In the pillar? And what wires am I looking for? And what am I looking for when I look at them, ta mucho
Do you have a tester with an earth clip? You can stab the wires in turn while pressing the window button to see if they light up. Rave wiring diagram ? Or pull the door card off... If indeed you may be pulling the card off to see to the motor. You can then see the wire colours exactly... Sorry Dopey... Not teaching egg sucking..
