Hope it's a tailwind all the way.Enjoy the sun. Or do the hurricanes make it that far East?!
Mine has only needed recovery once in nearly 10 years when the plastic German quality water pump let go. I hired a trailer and used my other P38 to recover it after a mate picked me up.Took out recovery cover...in the extremely unlikely event that the P38 may need it one day...

I leave the intercooler full of the stuff to soak overnight followed by a good shake then drain.Ok ta
Yes, just keep giving it a shake. You think 1lt is enough (I have a bigger intercooler)
I've been with the RAC for years. I worked out that the time they recovered me from the M25 when the engine in the Saab seized paid for ten years of cover.Mine has only needed recovery once in nearly 10 years when the plastic German quality water pump let go. Another car of mine decided to spit all its oil out from a blown seal just outside Weymouth when I was going back home to Manchester on a Friday afternoon, RAC recovered me home in about the same time as it would have taken me to drive it. Well worth the money.I've been with the RAC for years. I worked out that the time they recovered me from the M25 when the engine in the Saab seized paid for ten years of cover.

Let us see, 500Km each way at €1 per kilometre plus €650 for the ferry, then there would be my time at €35 per hour plus meals and overnight accommodation. I would need cash up front.Wot's ya fone number? My P38 needs recovering...
