Our company Belingo is getting on for 300k. Although a lot of parts are failing now, it is to be expected given the miles under it's belt.Considering the last one has 250,000 not so crap lol not me wife

This has been in the company since new. It has had 2 clutches, 3 water pumps, 2 cam belts, 1 alternator, 1 set of front bearings, rear drums and cylinders, handbrake cable, 2 full exhaust systems, front springs and dampers and one sump. Plus standard service and wear and tear items.Bix I've owned it since 40 k regular service by me one clutch and pinoin brakes all round a master cylinder and a set of wishbone rubbers that's been it oh and two clutch cables

Which when you consider it has done 300k, driven as company vans are driven and been in two light crashes by a former employee who wrote off 5 vehicles plus a courtesy van while the company Escort Van he crashed was being repaired. I'd say it isn't doing too badly. No welding required anywhere yet, although there is some slight surface rust showing up in places.
I doubt you'll get many Ford, LR, Merc/VW, Vauxhall/Nissan/Renault vehicles getting to 300k without needing some welding or at least some excessive rust showing up.
Managed to get the radius arm bushes done on the n/s
I ever meet the engineer who decided to put the coil packs behind the upper inlet manifold I'm going to stab him!
If you have ever had to change the coil packs on a P38 - you'll understand why you would have to stab him too..!!Charming !
