Hi All, just catching up before I take to my bed and noticed yet another EAS mention.
I had been struggling with mine since I bought my L322 last October. The OSF wheel was always sitting up in the wheel arch and the pump running like mad to keep up. By following the various suggestions I discovered that just above normal ride height there was the faintest hiss. I traced it to a pin hole in the air suspension bag and did the old finger in the dyke trick, presto hey up she came. I quickly put a bicycle puncture patch on and drove to a 4x4 specialist who replaced the strut and since then "touch wood" everything is perfect with the EAS. We are now using the car every day and what a joy not to have that mind twisting "Ping" every 5 miles.
Moral of the storey "If it doesn't stay up, there's a leak somewhere". At least that's what I think the wife said...!!
What a turn off for her!, a bicycle patch on your old man. Don't, if Brian asks, post photos
Cheers, Tricky.
