Mine was an ARB bush that had been trapped in the bracket and was fine once correctly seated.Went over one of those rubber speed strips today, it clunked. If that makes a difference.
Also noticed (with the window down) a squeak/scrape when i turn the wheel left or right while moving. Not when stationary. Assume that's a rubber bush somewhere
I did wonder about that as it's also something you don't see at MOTMine was an ARB bush that had been trapped in the bracket and was fine once correctly seated.
Straight over, both wheels at the same time. No opportunity to do one wheel then the other. But only the left wheel is noisy going over potholes.Straight over or obliquely?
The noise could be the swivel bearing at the top of the strut when turning the wheel - amongst other things, like excessively lipped brake discs, wheel bearing, etc.
