After challenging every system and tracing every wire the fault was traced to the fuse box. The ignition live was not delivering current to the SRS. To check the SRS a bypass feed was sent to the loom and the system behaved. Nanocom communicating and legacy open circuit cleared. New fuse box fitted problem resolved. Took about 5 hours over two days to diagnose, I just have to rebuild the interior now.

Wednesday dinner drove to local chemist for me covid booster jab. Once again bad reaction and didn't get out of bed whilst this morning. Booked appointment with me nurse to discuss what is causing it and is it worth me having it again in the future. I've got enough wrong with me to be worrying about something else
Perhaps it's different for you, but as far as I'm concerned, a vaccine that was/is only 80% effective and lasts for as little as 8 weeks is not worth the risk of the much reported heart related problems, blood clots etc especially as the latest Covid variant seems to be no worse than a bad cold.
Hope you are soon better.

Cheers Keith. My intentions are to tell the nurse I don't want the jab any more as one of the big side effects with me is that my blood pressure drops a lot, I join the OAP club officially next week so want to enjoy as much of that as possible:vb-banana::vb-angel1:

You can do it with a song in your heart:banana::) Well for now any ways until something else crops up

It seems to be a gamble either way, I told the doc if my time has come to die, I'd sooner die of the disease than die of the cure:vb-angel-fly:

Chaps, the front drivers headlight is fully adjusted on the worm gear. When I try and adjust it back in it pops out of the ball socket. I guess I need a new headlight frame or lamp unit. Where are the retaining nuts and bolts and how many are there?

Feel around, you will find the nuts/bolts at the back of the headlight, 4 I think, good luck trying to undo them.

I thought it was 3, but as data thinks 4 maybe.
I will take a pic tomorrow as I have a pair on the bench.

Looked at replacement fusebox prices as Otto may still be on original or certainly well aged one. Most places seem to be ballpark £200 but out of stock. Island 4x4 are in stock but price gouging at £600 plus vat!
Will keep checking everything before going that route!
