SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! A cracked windscreen has prevented delivery - i was given the name of a delivery driver "Lewis" and a promised delivery time of 1-2pm. It is now almost 4pm. I eventually got hold of someone at their offices - a chap named Lewis, who agreed with me, that by virtue of the fact he was answering the landline phone, was not on his way to deliver my car.
Ford will only reply over eBay messenger refusing to share any mobile contact numbers. I am confident this falls firmly under misrepresentation given the history of backing out of sales for similar fictitious reasons.
I have told him i will collect the car by midday tomorrow of being pursuing legal action. He took payment for the car over the phone via credit card (so at least i am protected).
