Another silly question, why is there a + in the rear windscreen?
Setting the rear washer jet.Another silly question, why is there a + in the rear windscreen?
I wonder if Chester is ready for you.
Haha!! Really!?Setting the rear washer jet.
From personal experience, I would go for a twin axle, less prone to snaking, less variable load on the hitch as it rocks on a single axle and if you have a puncture en-route it will get you home on 3 wheels.Thinking about a box trailer.. apart from the practicalities, what does single vs twin axle have on gross weight.. assuming both had brakes?
Thanks. Yes definitely prefer twin, just curious if/how a single would impact gross weight all other things equalFrom personal experience, I would go for a twin axle, less prone to snaking, less variable load on the hitch as it rocks on a single axle and if you have a puncture en-route it will get you home on 3 wheels.
It's possible to get a 3 tonne capacity trailer with a single axle.
I have towed my digger on a single axle hired trailer, it was a nightmare, now if I need a big trailer, I always take a twin axle even my little 750Kg trailer is twin axle. As for maximum weight you are limited to 3.5 tonnes all up weight and there are single axle trailers of that capacity.Thanks.
