Well I've just started on petrol and nothing blew up! That's the fiddlt bit done! Car driveable!!
Now just wire up the LPG solenoids and the LPG pressure sensor...

99.9% there! Short of some jubilee clips for the new pressure sensor!
Not sure I've wired up the fuel gauge properly as it's beeping at me! Nothing about beeps in the manual!!

Chip pan oil is good. My mate used to run his Jap import Nissan Elgrand 3.2 Diesel on it all the time. Smelt great it did. Local chip shop used to give him his waste 25 litre barrels of it for free. Once filtered through his wife's old tights a couple of times it was fine. Smelt a tad fishy though. LOL. He used to change his fuel filter ever 3 months ( pennies ) and a 10 min job and he was on his way again.

The lpg switchover button is beeping at me!!! Beeps aren't in the manual!! So i don't know what the problem is!!

6 cylinders? would have worked perfectly on Otto then.All sorted! Silly me needed to switch from 6 cylinders to 8 cylinders
Still struggling with poxy heatshields and access. Steering linkage won't budge. I think it will be getting a die grinder for the Dremel and grinding the buggers off.
On the plus side got the bonnet acoustic padding off to clean - no point getting the engine clean, shiny and working and the first time you shut the bonnet 25 years of dust, dirt and crud rains down over everything.

Yes, heatshields can be binned if you wrap the exhausts. Get someone to waggle the steering wheel while you disconnect the steering linkage.

Will those things with the 'ears' on that you crimp tight to clamp, work for your job?. Pneumatic places sell them.
