What did you do with your Range Rover today

Had a long and detailed chat about the car over the last 3 weeks on and off including all the recent works done by previous long term owner and what the dealer is also having done by his own Range Rover specialist he uses. Because of lockdown i obviously cannot travel to see it but he is delivering it to me FREE and if it does not meet my needs which i am sure it will do after all we have spoken to and agreed on being done plus all the pictures and video's he has supplied me with then i am under no obligation to have the car and he will take it away with no monies paid.
Can’t wait til he turns up to ask what you think of the car, promise me you will look at him with a blank expression And say “‘what car?:p

LMAO mate, That would be funny wouldn't it. Nahhh, i'm sure all is going to be great buddy. 3rd time lucky hopefully this time.
That ****er dealer in The Wirrell who i paid a deposit on his red 2002 Vogue SE that developed a sudden oil leak the night before i was going to get it in December came back to me the other day about it. Considering he knew all along i still wanted it and still had it fully insured and he also knew to keep me fully informed about progress on repair ( Valley gasket apparently failed ) the tosser text me ( not rang me ) and said he had sold it to someone else for more money. Absolute greedy **** albeit deep down i now think i had a second lucky escape there so f**k him and his car and i hope it blows up and comes back to haunt him. I also found out he only paid £4000 for it too in mid 2020 from the deceased owners estate. PF02CEO is the reg number and he flipped it for 10k. I did a deal with him at 9k so he is just a greedy **** and i hope it haunts him.
I am well happy so far with the deal done on this 99 S1 model i have bought for a great deal price and look forward to seeing it in a few weeks.

You can’t av a go at the bloke for sticking few grand on the price mate that’s his living I dropped an old mini off two years ago to a dealer smashed windscreen running like bag of sh,,,,t and as I unloaded it he was checking car over I said to him you brought a bag of sh,,,,t there mate and he was honest an said it doesn’t matter you automatically stick a grand on a mini I couldn’t believe it any car is only worth what your willing to pay

I think we all look forward to seeing it. Good luck.
Thanks. Me too. Hopefully 3rd time lucky this time. I been speaking to a chap i know who has a collection of Range Rovers and he said he knows the car and its a real nice example so coming from him that is good news too. I appreciate she is an older S1 model 1999 and wont be as new albeit like most of you chaps on here with yours we all have to start somewhere dont we before we can put our own mark on them which i intend to do. Good TLC and regular servicing is key and she will be getting plenty of that.
Cheers..

Exactly they are only worth what your willing to pay buddy but a few grand is fair enough but not 6/7 grand on top which he did. Not bothered now anyway as i have moved on. Its not his profit that bothers me, its the sly way he has gone about it without having the decency to ring me or answer any of my emails or update requests. Lets not forget here i had paid a deposit and agreed a deal with him and got the car insured and he negated on all that just for GREED purposes. Absolute tosser he is in my book.

Look at it sitting in the sun covered in snow! And came up with a loading concept for the, hopefully happening this year, kayaking trip in May /June. Quite a bugger to get four people, two adults and to kids, three kajaks and stuff for two weeks into and onto it! Luckily, we usually travel light!
